with magnesium sulfate (Epson Salts), other forms of magnesium, fragrances, or dyes.
Note: Epson Salts (magnesium sulfate) are great for detoxifying, but only a minimal amount of magnesium is absorbed.
A mere 2-3 scoops (equivalent to 2-3 liquid ounces by measure) of our Bath Crystals saturate an entire bath with essential, ready-absorbed elemental magnesium at fully therapeutic levels.
